Credits and plans
Credits are the single usage unit across API, MCP, playground and integrations.
What a run costs
- 1 credit per decision run, covering up to 5 choice/boolean/score outputs.
- +1 credit for each additional block of 5 outputs.
- +2 credits per extraction output (when extraction launches).
- Batches cost the per-run price for each item; credits are reserved up front and refunded for failed items.
- Failed runs (provider errors, timeouts) are refunded automatically.

Refresh and expiry
- Plan credits are replaced with your plan's allowance at every renewal. Unused plan credits don't roll over.
- Bonus credits (promotions, refunds after a period ends) never expire.
- Plan credits are used first, then bonus credits. Balances never go negative.
- Every change is recorded in your credit ledger (Dashboard → Usage).
Early Access
If you joined the waitlist before the Early Access cutoff and sign up with the same email, your first paid month includes 2× credits on any paid plan. The bonus applies once per person, on the first invoice of a subscription.
